Our experiences with Astrophotography started with photographing Comet Neowise from our driveway in 2020. Don had a Canon 40D and upgraded to his Canon 90D, and Marina was using a Sony DSC-HX400V. The results were pretty good, which led to upgraded lenses, a Canon 90D for Marina, an equatorial mount, using Affinity Photo for post processing and all sorts of other new adventures. For more detail on our day-to-day adventures, see the blogs and the astro albums.
A brief history of how I got to where I am on Astrophography and my current method.
