We have made it to the Westin at Denver Airport and start flying tomorrow. All around a nervous breakdown kind of day, although it all worked out in the end.
Rental car pick up at Aspen Airport worked well, but we had forgotten to do the NzETA form and it can take up to 72 hours to get approval to travel to NZ. Don’s was approved in mere minutes but Marina’s decided to wait for hours to come through, during which time stomach lining was disappearing.
Also forgot a prescription despite careful preplanning. Fortunately, we figured it out while eating with our friend Allison in Summit County, and the old pharmacy was able to fill it.
So all is well that ends well and tomorrow the adventure really begins.
