We started our day by taking a ferry to the Sea Fort, Suomenlinna. We walked through the fort, and bought snacks. Reeta, does love licorice. And there were jellyfish in the harbor.
After returning to town, we walked about, and visited the Oodi Library which is simply amazing.
They have books plus so much more: games, meeting rooms, sound and video studios, sewing machines and sports equipment, all in a completely welcoming atmosphere. I want one.
Our last stop as a family group was a buffet of traditional Finnish foods. Lots of tasty choices.
